Return & Exchange

If you need to make a return, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Send an email to roads2freedom_service@outlook with your order number and a description of the issue.

  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with further instructions and a return shipping label.

  3. Please send us the tracking number for your returned item(s) once they have been shipped back to us. Please note that the return shipping fee will be borne by you.

  4. After we have received the returned item(s), our customer service team will apply a refund to your original account within 7-10 working days.


Items that are returnable:

You may return any items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. However, please note that we do not provide free returns for products that do not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics, or workmanship.



If you need to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item.
